Ross Boucher has accepted the newly created Sales & Business Development Manager role with the ACA commencing on Tuesday 18 April  2017.

Ross is a current member of the ACA, has undertaken several ACA/NACE/SSPC training courses and has over 33 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry, predominantly in the areas of concrete rehabilitation, concrete and steel protection and waterproofing systems in both sales and development roles and operational management.

Ross’ roles over the years have included:

  • Technical representation for suppliers and manufacturers of corrosion protection and concrete  rehabilitation systems
  • Operational management roles working for some of the industry’s leading players providing corrosion protection services, structural remediation, fire proofing and other industrial services at companies such as Transpacific Industries and Aerify Group
  • Managing major repair and maintenance contract works in the infrastructure, oil and gas, energy and resources sectors
  • Sales and Business Development roles at Fosroc (now Parchem) and Cape PLC

Before joining the ACA Ross has held roles at Dulux Group as National Major Projects and Marketing Manager and later the position of Commercial and Contracts Manager – Heavy Industry.

With the focus of the role to grow membership and attendance at our training and events, the ACA is confident that with this experience, extensive industry contacts and technical knowledge, Ross will make an immediate impact on the ACA’s activities.
